Steve here..... I lost 25% of my body weight in fat in 18 months and I did it healthily with no diet, no pain, no sweat and no deprivation and....it didn't cost a fortune and didn't involve drugs or surgery. See my before and after photos below.

I was heavy, bloated, tired, unhealthy and miserable......15 stone/210 lbs/95 kgs and only 5 feet 6 inches (1.7 metres) tall.

Now I am now 11 stone/154 lbs/70 kgs and still 5 feet 6 inches tall.
